How to print from MII 15 ADS action block to a SATO CL408e printer

We will be migrating to MII 15 shortly and have a need for printing labels to SATO CL408e printers. 

The setup is as follows:

1. MII transaction uses a data query to pull XML formatted data
2. The ADS action block uses this XML to populate data in a XDP file
3. The ADS action block prints the form to a SATO printer on the local server print service

I tried every XDC file available on the server and created a custom one with no luck.    I was able to print successfully to a Cannon laser printer.  The ADS action block reports the Adobe form was printed correctly.  In the Windows print server, I can see the document is being sent and released to/from the print queue successfully, but no label is printed.  I checked the stock sizes to make sure they match (in this case I am testing with a 4in X 3in label) and that seems fine.
