SAP netweaver certification(c-tadm-51-731)

hope everyone is doing good...

I want to register for c-tadm-51-731 NETWEAVER certification.

Can anyone guide me how to register for this exam and what is the fees ?

I've tried to register it through SAP link but there is no link coming for add to basket and apply.
