I received this response to my question - even though I had clearly stated in my question that I had searched and had not been able to find specifically what I needed. It would have been enough for Colleen to simply say she didn't know the answer. Telling me to "please search for your answer" is no help at all. BTW - I was able to get the answer from an in-house colleague, and I would have liked to share, but now I think this forum is not very professional so not sure it is worth the effort. Here is the response that Colleen must have in her clipboard ready for any she doesn't know the answer to:
