My name is Carol Farnsworth. I am a design researcher working with the SAP Education store team and several UX designers. We are working on a project to design the future SAP Education store.
I am conducting user research during the next few months and am looking for people who might use the SAP Education store to find, buy, and consume courses. I am looking for two types of people:
* Learners who have used the SAP Education Store
* Learners who have not used the SAP Education Store, but might in the future
We are conducting the user research beginning next week, November 11. Here are the details:
Sessions:
- One session per user
- 60-90 minutes
- Remote via SAP Connect
- Two parts to the sessions
- Interview
- Review designs and storyboards
