Announcing WNAHR1 - Core Business Processes in HCM.

I continue to hear the same comments regarding prerequisite classattendance.  “We’d love to do it but we
don’t have the time or budget.”    In the HCM curriculum our prerequisite course to almost all level three configuration
class is HR050.  We all know that taking a prerequisite course greatly improves your understanding of the level three
configuration courses.  Just like in college you probably wouldn’t start with Advanced Calculus before taking  the beginner and intermediate Calculus class,
so why do it when it comes to your  SAP training.  HR050 is a five day classes which is a great functional overview of the entire HCM product including the Talent Management portions such as e-Recruiting , performance management, compensation, etc.  However many of you have told us that Talent
is not in your initial go live strategy or is being done perhaps with SAP SuccessFactors or another vendor.    You don’t want to waste two days of the five
days of class time on areas that are not in scope.  We hear you.    On June 11^th we will offer our first virtual workshop WNAHR1. This three day workshop takes the current HR050 material and focuses only on the key areas that for most customers are in phase
one of a HCM implementation.  We will cover navigation, setting up of the organizational structures, day-to-day personnel administration activities, time
entry, time evaluation and payroll processing.  We will also cover the reporting functionality within HCM.  This new 3 day workshop will provide the prerequisite
knowledge necessary for the level three classes for those areas such as Org, PA, Time and Payroll.    In addition to this being a great class for new
project team members, it may be ideal for employees joining an existing implementation team.  We can also bring it directly to
