Notification of Training and Events via internet mail dealing with PD restrictions

Hi, GURU's



Has anyone implemented Waitlist including using internet email correspondences within Training and Events/LSO and were you able to restrict access to individual organizational units/groups? I have configured the function to automate waitlist, I was able to send internet email without restrictions to org structures.

Our department's PD profiles restrict the internet mail portion under constraints to individual org units within some roles, does anyone have any suggestions or shared knowledge?
